Dr. Alex Rial, DMD

Dr. Alex Rial is a North Mississippi native who is proud to serve the community he grew up in. After graduating from Saltillo High School, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University before completing his dental education at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry.

Dr. Rial was drawn to dentistry because it combines hands-on artistry, problem-solving, and meaningful relationships.
“Dentistry allows me to restore a patient’s health through their smile. Being able to work with my hands while helping restore someone’s confidence and well-being—and building meaningful connections along the way—is what inspires me every day.”

He is passionate about comprehensive dental care, with special interests in smile restoration, cosmetic dentistry, and prosthodontics. Dr. Rial believes every patient deserves personalized care and takes pride in helping patients understand their oral health and treatment options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Known for his caring, thorough, and approachable style, Dr. Rial is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Dr. Rial enjoys spending time with his wife, staying active, fishing, reading, enjoying a great movie (especially Marvel and sci-fi films), and cheering on his favorite college sports teams. He is also a proud finisher of the St. Jude Marathon and loves spending time outdoors whenever he can.
