ATTENDEE INFORMATION
Who is invited to attend?
Seats are limited so attendance remains by invitation of the Life Dental Group Leadership Team only. Invitees are Life Dental Group practice doctors, business managers, team leaders, one dental assistant as chosen by the Life Dental Group Leadership Team during discussion with practice leadership and any special guests outside of Life Dental Group. Invitees will receive their invitation via email. Practice leaders will leave this event with a game plan to make 2025 successful, so attendance is mandatory for all events including Saturday CE.
How do Life Dental practices need to block their schedule to attend?
Block the schedule from 12pm – close on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 to allow for travel time. Block the schedule all day on Friday, January 24th, 2025. Please discuss the possibility of a fill-in dentist with Jeff Hand.
Do attendees need to make their own arrangements?
The Team Summit planning committee will make hotel arrangements at The Inn at Ole Miss in each invitee’s name. The hotel’s address is 120 Alumni Dr, University, MS 38677.
Are Life Dental team members paid to attend?
Hourly Life DentalGroup team members are paid their hourly rate to attend Team Summit. Charge gas for travel to the manager’s p-card. Dinner is included with Thursday night’s reception so Life Dental Group is not paying for attendees to go out to eat afterwards.
What will be appropriate dress for Team Summit?
Thursday night’s reception & dinner is very casual. Come as you are after traveling to Oxford. Meeting session & Saturday CE attire is business casual. Dental assistants wear scrubs as you will be participating in hands-on instruction at Life Dental Oxford. Friday night dinner & awards attire is snappy casual – dress to party! (Shuttles provided from The Inn at Ole Miss.)
